NOT based on the Dean Koontz novel (as your silly little webmaster once believed). To quote the master, because it's early and I don't have enough brainpower to rephrase: "It's more along the lines of a Blood Simple that takes place in Bakersfield with Megan Ward and Kristen Minter...had a great time shooting it... I play a ne'er to well cowboy in a group of ne'er do wells. Honest to God, there's not a good guy in the whole movie." I don't know about you, but I'm going to enjoy this one.
