Y&R Sharon Unravels

Sharon is under the gun this week on The Young and the Restless when the police question her about Cameron's disappearance. But it gets worse - Nick and Nikki are also on to her

"Sharon is trying to hold it together, but how well can someone hold it together after something like this has happened?" wonders Sharon Case (Sharon). "She doesn't know what's going to happen next. Every day - every second - that she doesn't get found out is just luck. She is going out of her mind. And this is just the beginning," hints Case.

Sharon freaks when Nikki grills her about her whereabouts the night of the party. Nikki vows to get to the bottom of it, and then leaves. Before Sharon can catch her breath, Nick phones and tells her Detective Weber wants to question her at the Genoa City Athletic Club. Sharon runs into Michael, who tells her she should confess.

"She doesn't want to tell Nick. She wants to protect the family because of everything that's been going on - first her disappearing, then Nick with his father, then Victoria leaving town....

The last thing she wants is to cause any more problems," signs Case. "She tries to deal with everything herself. She's that type of person. That is why she always ends up doing the wrong thing and something explosive happens like this. Bad things happen because she bottles everything up."

Instead of coming clean - after all, she did kill Cameron in self-defense - Sharon meets with Detectie Weber and plays it cool, answering questions without arousing suspicions.

Sharon can't fool Nikki, though. Later, Nikki accuses Sharon of hiding a big secret. Sharo's response is a shocker - especially for Nikki
